Gina Makarem advises emerging growth companies at every stage of lifecycle, from formation and buy-sell arrangement to contracts and licensing and general corporate governance and securities matters. Prior to joining Gennari Aronson, Gina was a research assistant to Professor Frank Garcia at Boston College Law School focusing on a variety of international business, economic, and trade matters.
