Stephanie Weinert advises emerging growth companies on transactional matters as well as general corporate governance and securities matters. Prior to joining Gennari Aronson, she served as Assistant Chief of Corporate Finance at the Massachusetts Securities Division and most recently, as an associate at New York-based Hawkins Delafield & Wood. Stephanie earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law where she pursued a concentration in Transactional Practice and served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. She received her B.S. in Hospitality Management, magna cum laude, from the Pennsylvania State University as a scholar in the Schreyer Honors College.
